Project Information
Zorinsky Basin #2 (ZB-2) is a water quality basin designed to trap sediment and excess nutrients from the developing watershed that leads to Zorinsky Lake. ZB-2 along with three other basins help prevent sediment from building up in Zorinsky Lake. Development in the ZB-2 watershed made this structure a priority and it was completed by 2020. The City of Omaha manages the site, but no recreation features are included at the water quality basin sites.
